The development at Wings Nursery will commence shortly and will help to meet the housing need for affordable homes in the local area. The homes are being built for Southern Housing Association. The Aldingbourne, Barnham & Eastergate Community Land Trust (the ABE CLT) has been given the allocation rights to 22 of the properties that will be offered for rent, with a mixture of one, two and three bedrooms. The CLT is able to give priority to applicants who can show their local connection and the sooner this can be checked the sooner people can go on the waiting list. You do not need to be on the Arun District Council waiting list already. The CLT will help you through the process so don’t wait if you think you might benefit from getting onto our list.

The accommodation is a mixture of affordable rent, social rent and shared ownership accommodation, with the inclusion of 3 No. wheelchair adaptable houses. Rented accommodation only will be available through the CLT.
