Bring a brush, bring a Tupperware*, and get involved!

All paint provided, and brushes too if you don’t have one.

*Tupperware or paint pot to fill with paint and transport your brush home

We’d love to welcome you to a community painting day for our 40 metre mural project, created in collaboration with Artswork, Ormiston Six Villages Academy, and local artists.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been priming, sketching, and painting a beautiful nature-inspired design created by a group of young people. Unfortunately, the rainy weather has put us slightly behind schedule, so we’d LOVE your help to get it finished!

No painting experience is necessary - just come along and join in for as long as you can. Please wear old clothes - we can provide gloves and wipes.

This is a family-friendly event. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and younger children will need close supervision around paint and the busy sports field area.

Please note: the event is weather dependent and will be cancelled if it rains.

Parking: Free parking available (please car share if possible)

Photography: Throughout the session we will be taking photos to document progress, share on Social Media, and share with Artswork charity who kindly funded the project. By participating, you are accepting that you may feature in some progress photos. If you or a member of your group does not want to be in pictures, please let Beth or Jordan (Wild City) know when you arrive.
